My name is Ian. My story begins in September 1995, when Mom changed the locks on our home and locked out my Dad.

 

For most of my life, I have been caught in the Florida divorce industry.

 

In January 1996, Mom moved her boyfriend into our house.

 

In March 1997, Mom was pregnant with her boyfriend, Dan.

 

The first divorce trial ended on December 6, 1997.

 

Dad appealed and he won!

 

In 1998, the Appeals court said this case is "much delayed and over litigated."

 

The second divorce trial ended in 2002.

 

The second trial was a mess and the Chief Judge offered a mistrial.

 

The trial judge vacated her order and we’re back to appeals.

 

February 2003, the Chief Judge of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit offered a mistrial.

 

In 2005, Dan got another woman pregnant and is paying child support to her. She also got a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against Dan.

 

June 30, 2005. The Florida Supreme Court reprimanded the trial judge for causing "significant and unreasonable delays" in the case. SC04-1320

 

In 1995, Mom insisted that I call her boyfriend "DAD".

 

Mom put me in the home of a convicted pedophile.

 

In 1996, I told Dad that Mom's boyfriend touched my private parts.

 

Why would my Mom keep me away from my dying grandfather?

 

Why would my Mom keep me in contact with:

 

• an alcoholic, cocaine addicted woman found by the court to be dangerous to her own children?
• a convicted pedophile?
• a former pimp?
• a violator of a domestic violence restraining order?

Why didn't my Mom protect me from a pedophile?

 

Thank God, my Dad keeps trying to protect me.

 

I have not seen my Grandmother since 2006. My family life has been taken away from me and there is no way to return it.
